Q: When I flip through the phone book, there are so many choices! Fact is, I just want a contractor that I can trust. How do I know that I can count on Parker’s Landscape Services?

A: We’re a family-owned business, and as such, we’re careful to protect our professional and family reputation by holding to our solid business ethics and our commitment to our clients. We make ourselves readily available via phone, mobile phone, and email so that when our clients have questions, they can reach us. And if a face-to-face meeting is the best approach, we’re always willing to meet at our clients’ convenience. When it comes to the job itself, we’re not afraid to say what we can—and can’t—do. We’re up front about our areas of expertise, the services we offer, and when it’s best to bring in a subcontractor with different skills or experience. We believe in making sure our clients have a full understanding of what they’re buying and how much it will cost; we carefully review the proposal, scope of work, and pricing breakdown with each client, and maintain communication throughout the project to prevent any surprises at the end of the project.
